Hearts on Fire for Arts n Autism: Tuscaloosa Flower Shop's Valentine's Day Deliveries To Benefit Arts 'n Autism
The Tuscaloosa Flower Shop and the Tuscaloosa Fire department are teaming up for "Hearts on Fire for Arts n Autism, " a Valentine's Day event to raise money for the Arts n Autism After School program in Tuscaloosa.
Arts 'n Autism is an after-school arts program for children and young adults with autism, ages 3-24, in the West Alabama area.
" I have been blessed with an autistic nephew and means the world to me what this program is doing for these special children"
Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe will offer a special "Arts 'n Autism" arrangement especially for Valentine's Day that will sell for $50. Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe will donate all Valentine's Day delivery costs to Arts 'n Autism.
Members of the Tuscaloosa Fire Department will serve that day as special "delivery carriers," giving all of the tips to Arts 'n Autism.
Also the Shop will be asking people to buy paper "Hearts for Autism" that will be displayed in the shop's storefront. They range in price from $1 to $50.

"If a customer purchases a heart for $10 or more, we will upgrade their ordered arrangement for that amount. For example, if they buy a $50 cut and donate $10 to Arts 'n Autism, we will upgrade their arrangement to a $60 arrangement," said Morrison.
